The Distribution Business Management (DBM) division oversees our sales channels. It consists of three main sales channels—Direct Sales, Independent Agency, and Financial Institution Agency, along with a dedicated sales support team that helps all channels. After joining, you will initially work as an Agency sales representative in either the Independent Agency channel or the Financial Institution Agency channel. Following a two-month initial training program, you will experience job rotations across both channels. Based on your preferences and aptitude, your final placement will be determined.
