Beware of fraudulent websites and emails

Updated: March 12, 2026

We have confirmed cases of suspicious emails impersonating Manulife employees and fraudulent websites that imitate official insurance company sites.

Suspicious emails

We have seen emails pretending to be from our employees. These emails may use sender names that look like Manulife staff addresses, and may include attachments, URL links, or QR codes that could contain viruses.

Our employees use email addresses only from the following domains:

  • XXXX_XXXX@manulife.com
  • XXXX_XXXX@manulife.co.jp
  • XXXX_XXXX@email.manulife.com

Fraudulent websites

We have also confirmed fraudulent websites that imitate official insurance company sites.

Our official websites are:

  • https://www.manulife.co.jp/ (Manulife official website)
  • https://mypage.manulife.co.jp/ (Policyholder Website “My Page”)
  • https://e-seikyu.manulife.co.jp/ (Manulife “Easy Claim” for insurance benefits)

Please keep the following in mind

  • We will never ask for your ID, password, or personal information by email.
Do not reply or enter such information—doing so may lead to misuse.
  • If you receive a suspicious email (from domains other than those listed above), delete it immediately.
If you accidentally click a suspicious link, do not enter your ID, password, or any personal information on that page. Close your browser right away.
  • If you have entered your ID, password, or other personal information on a suspicious site, please change your password as soon as possible.
  • If you notice any transactions you do not recognize, please contact our call center.
